Your privacy, in plain words

Only what a doctor needs to help you and what we need to run the booking:

• You: your name, mobile number and email.
• Health context: your age, height, weight, computed BMI and any conditions you tell us. This helps the doctor prepare for your call.
• Booking: your contribution amount, chosen time slot and payment reference.

To verify your phone by a one-time code, to create and confirm your booking, to give the doctor context before the call, and to email your confirmation and meeting link. That is the whole list.

Age, BMI and conditions are health-adjacent information. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, this deserves careful handling. We use it only for your consultation, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your details are shared with the doctor you consult and the small operations team that arranges your call. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and one-time codes by our SMS provider. We do not share your data with anyone else, and never with advertisers or data brokers.

We keep your booking and consultation records for as long as needed to provide care and to meet legal or accounting requirements, then we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your data. Email [email protected] and we will remove your record, subject to any records we must keep by law.

Access to your data is restricted to people who need it. Secrets and payment keys never touch your browser. We do not log your personal details into analytics tools.
